Our Security Commitment
Your API key is treated with the same sensitivity as a password.

  • Industry-standard Encryption: We use SHA256 encryption to store your keys. Once saved, your key is never visible again in the interface.

  • Zero Misuse: Your credentials are used exclusively to request translations for your store. We never share your data with third parties.

  • Usage Logs: For full transparency, every request made with your key is logged. You can request a copy of these logs by contacting support@translingo.app.

  • Instant Deletion: If you disconnect an integration, your API key is immediately and permanently purged from our servers.

Merchant Obligations
To ensure uninterrupted service, you are responsible for:

  • Credential Maintenance: Keeping the API key valid and updated in Translingo, on the “Integrations” page.

  • Billing with Providers: Ensuring your payment method with DeepL or Google is active to avoid service interruptions.

You can easily monitor your connection status at any time. The current health and activity of your integration is always visible on the “Integrations” page.
